 7:00 AM Meet for fresh fruit, infused water, tea or coffee 7:30 AM morning beach walk or run

.8:20 AM  morning meditation 8:30 AM enjoy a nourishing group breakfast. 

9:30- 11:00 AM Mindfulness & meditation class, practice & discussion

11:15 - 12:30 Introduction to Core philosophy & Core Connect Method class.

12:45 - 1:45  Lunch together Lighthouse Grill or North 41      The afternoon ( 1:45 4:45 ) is free for leisure time

All activities can be arranged by the hotel concierge

Relax by the pool or at the beach - Enjoy SUPing, biking, walking, swimming, fishing or sailing
Explore some of the islands galleries and studios, shops, farms & wildlife reservations.

Regroup at 5:00 for a 30 minute Core Connect Method Yoga or resistance stretching class followed by a beach walk & sunset meditation.
